Kelsey Parker shared a message about finding strength while her husband Tom was receiving treatment for a brain tumour in March 2022. The post came after he returned from Spain and rejoined The Wanted for performances on their UK tour.
Tom had missed the opening dates before appearing with his bandmates in Bournemouth and London. Reports at the time described him performing while seated, with the group supporting him on stage.
The couple had two young children. Tom died on 30 March 2022, aged 33, and Kelsey announced his death in a tribute that thanked those who had supported the family.
